Win Van Pelt

Founder, Realtor®

With over 30 years of experience and a Top 1% Lifetime Achievement award, Win Van Pelt brings expert guidance, creative problem-solving, and a personal touch to every real estate transaction. Backed by a trusted team, including his twin sons, Win is dedicated to helping clients succeed whether buying or selling. From his humble beginnings to a career in youth mentorship, home construction, and elite athletics, Win’s drive, discipline, and heart for service set him apart.

He treats every transaction like a finish line worth crossing, making sure you win in real estate. Win and his wife Terry are proud parents of three children and grandparents to nine. Their deep roots in the community span five generations, giving them a unique appreciation for the neighborhoods, values, and people that make this area such a special place to call home.

Luke Van Pelt

Listing and Buying Specialist

Luke Van Pelt and the Van Pelt Group ate proudly in the top 1% of all John L Scott agents. Luke is there for his clients to help guide them through the selling and home buying process. He strives to take the stress out of the process by educating his clients and stellar communication. Luke works with his sellers to get their home market ready so they can maximize their results. Luke prides himself on understanding what the buyer wants and in finding the perfect fit for his clients. He enjoys the negotiation process and always strives to best represent his clients. As a native of the Pacific Northwest, Luke has a multi-generational understanding of real estate. He works alongside his father Win Van Pelt who has been a top agent for over 30 years.

When not at work, Luke enjoys spending time with his lovely wife Felicia and his four sons, Thor, Titan, Troy, and Tate. He is passionate about staying in shape, is an avid CrossFit acolyte and loves his hometown Seattle Seahawks.

Dawson Van Pelt

Listing and Buying Specialist

Dawson is dedicated to helping his clients navigate the home
buying and selling process with confidence. He takes pride in truly
understanding what buyers and sellers are looking for and works hard to find
the right fit every time. With over 10 years of experience and nearly 300 homes
sold, Dawson has all the experience needed to navigate even the most
complicated transactions. Dawson prides himself in providing the same excellent
service to clients of all price ranges. 

Dawson enjoys traveling and spending time his wife Laura and three
wonderful kids.

Cristina Brannan

Operations Manager

At the Van Pelt Group, Cristina gets to put her writing and technical communication skills to use in her role as the Operations Manager and Transaction Coordinator. In her roles Cristina works behind the scenes to ensure things in the purchasing and selling processes move forward smoothly. She is especially passionate about helping first time buyers and sellers understand the entire process from beginning to end. As Operations Manager, she also helps plan client events and keeps the whole team organized. She loves navigating the many steps involved in every real estate transaction and thrives on finding solutions that are a perfect fit for our clients.
When she’s not at work, Cristina enjoys reading, hiking, cooking, knitting, and enjoying life with her husband and son.
