Dawson is there for his clients to help guide them through the home buying and selling processes. Dawson prides himself on understanding what buyers and sellers need and in finding the perfect fit for his clients. He enjoys the negotiation process and always strives to best represent his clients. As a native of the Pacific Northwest, Dawson has a multi-generational understanding of real estate. After finishing high school, Dawson moved to Los Angeles where he became of the two Lucky Brand Jeans salesperson in the greater metro area. After leaving Lucky Jeans, Dawson went on to co-found his own clothing company, Land of Apparel. In addition to designing, marketing and selling his own apparel line, Dawson also maintained an active career in professional modeling and acting. After living in LA for almost a decade, Dawson returned to Washington to be near family and to start a family of his own.
